Professionally I've repeatedly grown multiple real estate franchises and my own businesses to big market share, caring culture, agent growth and profitability; personally, I'm a personal growth nut, pretend chef and self proclaimed bbq pit master. I think all of this has driven me to pour into my own kids while showing them that anything is possible in this world if you love, learn and hustle.
